"I was referred to Ms Nguyen by a colleague who had been using her for years for his insurance needs, I like to shop around for the best balance between coverage and cost as the price of insurance has risen significantly over the last 3 years for my home and auto needs. From the first phone call you can tell Ms. Nguyen is serious about helping you find the best balance of coverage giving sound advice while discussing the pros and cons of each one. She also likes to meet you to get to know you which is something I value more now with the depersonalization of every service industry becoming consolidated and larger and you no longer ever meet an agent because everything is done online. Ms. Nguyen is part of a rare group of people who still values relationships over dollars. Her staff are warm and inviting and though she is one person with a small staff I spent the time in her office and I left walking away with nothing but a smile on my face and a "wow" experience. She is the real deal, you cant compare the value of personal responsibility from a person with a "system " based insurance quote, the difference is night and day and Ms. Nguyen is the difference. If you dont at least call her you will never know what youre missing. I am a believer in the support of small businesses and this is the model of how people should be treated.
